Distinguished guests, dear fellow submariners, ladies and gentlemen,
Our delegation brought warmest greetings of Turkish submariners to all of you.
It is a great pleasure for me to be here among the submariners who came from almost all corners of the world for 49. Congress.
I also admire and congragulate the Ukrainian Submariners Association for giving us the opportunity to meet new submariners and to see old friends again by organizing this congress. From our life in the submarine service, we have so many rememberances, joys and sorrows to share.
At the same time we are wery happy to have a chance to see the beautiful and historical city, Kiev.
These congresses are obviously an indication of cohesion, solidarity and fraternity between submariners of the world. Shortly we can say it is the international submariners spirit to hold us together .
God bless all submariners either in active service or retired.
